RE: rear view mirror vibration

Sorry Guys,

The bracket on early alpine rear views is so thin it acts as a spring and
vibrates at its
own resonent frequency. Rubber will not take care of this problem unless it
is so loose that the mirror flops around anyway. Ive seen quite a few with
the same problem and unless you can take all the vibration out of your
engine, you have only two choices.

     1) Dont worry be happy.
     2) Jury rig another thicker mirror bracket.
