I just spent a weekend trying to solve my overheating problems on my
Series V....had the radiator re-cored, the cylinder head redone, and I
added a 5 blade flex fan on my new water pump, oh..and also a new
160 degree thermostat but the car still overheats, even in 70-80 degree
weather. The carbs have been re-built and seem to be working correctly so
I don't think it's running too lean and the timing is (at) 8 degrees BTC. I
can't figure it out! Any suggestions on what could be causing this?
