Yes you have a slow leak.
Rebuilding is easy assuming the bores are in good condition.
Do you have to refill the fluid periodically. If so, the leak could be
in the slave or master cylinder, but inspection of them will indicate
which one. The master will be leaking in the passenger compartment
where the actuating rod enters.
If you are not using fluid, then the leak is in the master cylinder.
This assumes that the pipes are tight.
