If your pedal drops to the floor, and you are certain that the braking
system is not leaking, suspect the likelyhood that your front rotors are
warped.

The rotors when warped push the pistons into the calipers, and require that
the braker
"thats you" replenish enough fluid to overcome the displacment of the
pistons.

This is a common problem.
