Ray,
Not only is there a differnce between inside and out side screw lenses on the
Alpine Sereis IV and V, but the chrome assembly was different. On the Alpine
IV, you should have inside screws on the upper and lower lenses, the chrome
base, allthough looking identical to the Alpine V had buld holders that could
be removed and replaced. The Alpine V had outside crew lenses and the chrome
base had the bulb holders permanent to the base. Frankly, allthough not
original to my ALpine V and Tiger !a, I like the clean look of the inside
screw units.
