Bob - Those items are in your parts catalog at page 209 for saloons, 235 for
drop head coupe's and 248 for Alpines. I really didn't notice before that
there were differences in color choices between the saloon and coupe'. Of
course the Alpine was really restricted. It seems to me that a British
vendor of paints was listed in STARDUST a while back, other than that, I
don't have a clue. But you can't spray until spring thaw can you?
Do your trafficators light? Only one of mine has provision for a bulb - and
it doesn't work. The taillights that I have are from, I believe, a Mk III
home market saloon. White lens with a red cover over one bulb, the other was
intended as backup light, but I painted the bulbs international distress
orange and wired them for turn flashers.
TJ - Copies of those pages are coming to you by s-mail. My daughter, who
also lives in Huntsville, tells me that it's getting chilly down there
lately.
My transportation today was the '54 Alpine, top down. Probably would have
been a little more comfortable if I'd worn a sweater, or at least a long
sleeved shirt.
Eat your hearts out, guys.
