There was a bill introduced in the California legislature a few weeks ago
that would exempt vehicles 25 years or older from the ravages of smog II.
The bill was intriduced by Quentin Copp (sic) of San Francisco fame who, up
to now, I had no respect for at all.

Let all us Californians hope to get the passage of this bill as our
Christmas present this year!
