Mr. Mole:
The wiper motor draws (or tries to draw) a lot of current. Therefore,
clean them grounds. If you are still having trouble with it after doing
so, post your question again and I will try to find the write-up I did
last year (never published - done for another poor 'beamer) regarding
wiper motor checkout. Good luck.
