1. Wiper motor - 2. Blower motor

1. My wiper is slowing down making suffering sounds. I removed it,
added grease, cleaned up the brushes and replaced it.

This made no difference.

any thoughts?

2. The blower motor makes screaming bearing sounds when first clicked on,
in addition, it is starting to make 'rustling leaves' noises when in
operation.
It too seems week in the amount of and speed of air flow.

any thoughts?
