I had that happen a few times with mine, and it turned out to be the
battery cables themselves. Even though the cable end was making a good
clean contact with the post, the wires inside the cable were NOT making
good contact with the lead end on the post. Solution was to simply
replace the cables for some $20. problem was solved. Check it out! DO
the wires in the cable seem a bit loose in the lead end? If so, Dump
them !!
