Rear end whine

I recently purchased A 1965 Series V. Car runs great, but has developed
a whine in the rear. The Diff. is full of lube. The tranny is full.
No leaks. Whine is worse at low speed and appears to come from right
rear, but it is hard to tell with the hardtop fitted. What is the first
 and second things to check. Wheel bearing?
