After five months in the body shop, I go pick up my 1962 SII Alpine today!
They have hung the doors, hood and trunk and I get to put all the " Jewelry "
back on. I am very excited about the prospect of finishing the car, as I have
owned it for 5 years and have never driven it more than a block. I started the
ground up restoration 4 years ago and have renewed every single item on the
car.
Wish me luck and I will fill you in as the rest of the restoration continues.
