        Yup. That's too hot. It should be in the 180-F range 212-F is
too hot. You didn't mention what oil presure was, but it will be lower
at that higher temp than it would be at normal temp. Not a lot
different, but some. Most good ALpine engines run at about 50-55 lbs at
speed, and 25-30 at idle, but many are lower due to age and neglect, or
just plain abuse.. This is with a new filter and fresh 20-50 castrol
oil.
