Hello Roger And Other Rootesers:
On another subject, but related to your Venezia, I wonder if others on
this list would be interested in hearing details about your car on the
mailing list here, and maybe posting pictures of it to the Sunbeam
Alpine web page. I've been into Sunbeams for 35 years but I've yet to
see a Venezia in person.

I came across a fantastic booklet, "Sunbeam Venezia 1963-1966",
published by the Sunbeam Alpine Owners Club & The Rootes Club Of
Belgium, published in 1988. I bought it for $19.00 about three years ago
from EWA & Miniature Cars, phone (908)665-7811. I believe they also have
a web page. I don't know if it's still available but I highly recommend
it to any Sunbeam fans. It's an 8"x11 1/2" 48 page book with amazing
photos, statistics, press clippings and information on the Venezia and
Superleggera (the builder). There's an also amazing forward letter to
the book by Carlo Felice Bianchi Anderloni, the director and owner of
Superleggera.
