I had a Series I head with bad corrosion damage that I had repaired. The
repair was expensive but the work looked good. The head now sits on a
friends motor which is rebuilt and pretty but the assembly awaits the
finished body shell.

The work was done (or [possibly contracted out) by British European Auto in
Sonoma County, CA. I couldn't recommend them overall.
