Sounds good,

I have never used POR 15, but I filled in the pits in my bakelite
steering
column cowl with a 50/50 mix of polyester resin and bondo.

I even used the mixture to recreate a 3/8 inch missing section of the
cowl, and
repaired some cracks in my instrument panel.

The polyester is just to tough to sand out, so adding some bondo, makes
the filler tough, but easy to sand.

I used MEKP for the catylist, which is included with the Polyester
resin.

It drys ready for sanding in about an hour, and is tough as a boot.
