Since all the talk about rear ends, overdrives, gear ratios and tire
sizes, I thought I would create a simple program that can calculate the
MPH to RPM speeds according to the above data. I did this once before
when my speedometer was broken, I used the tach RPM to guesstimate my
speed. This new program is written for Windows 3.1 but may run on Win95
(don't have it so I can't check it).
