Here I'm again with some more detailed info about the car!

I have decided to sale my Ford Cortina Mk3 caused by in the meantime too
less space in my garage (10 Oldtimer bikes + my Alpine)

Car is unrestored, but engine is rebuilt. Do someone have interest?

Engine has been re-grinded and finished in cylinder-bore and crankshaft,
new pistons, new plain bearings, head has been reworked.

Car is in general in a condition which will give a good base for
restoration work, only one place on the back side of the car has to be
reworked by using a new body panel.

Some spares which I bought some time ago would be delivered together with
the car, they are rear lenses, wheel caps, some engine accessoires, a.s.o.,
 and they are all new.

Giving the car away is not easy for me, because it was the car where I made
my driving licens on, and it was the first on I drove in traffic then 15
years ago.

It was owned by my father as second owner, and after some troubles with the
engine we stopped the regular use. Some years later we started engine
rebuilt and wanted to restore car,
but some other projects didn't give me time to finish - and theese things
still do so (Alpine !)

Maybe someone of you is interested in an Britsh car, which off coarse is
looking very "American".

Base for a deal would be about 12.000.- ATS (1200.- USD)

Many thanks for your interest!

P.S. Has someone the possibilty to launch this message into a Ford
newsgroup?
