Oh no, SB*42* will not make it leagle to tamper with your cars existing
smog controls. Besides it would make your car "non-stock" and we all know
you wouldn't want to do that. I am sure we would want any anti-SB42
campaigners out there to know that SB42 will keep our cars from being
"retired" for unrepairable smog devices but will not encourage the removal
of functioning devices.
