The control valve on my series II car can be taken apart as there
are only 2 screws holding it together. It may be possible for you to
drill out the fasteners that you have and tap the body for screws to
rebuild it. I took mine apart years ago because it was leaking. I put it
back together using black silicone as a sealant. I don't know if that is
the best stuff to use, but it hasn't leaked again in over 4 years.
