Strombergs are notorious for throttle spindle wear, and since their cost
about the same as the rebuild kits, it would be a good idea to pop in
some new ones.
If the old ones "particularly the fron one" jiggle in the shaft bores,
too
much air is bypassing the venturi, and idle will suffer.
BTW, when the CD150s get to the point where you think you need a
rebuild, the spindles are almost always the culpret.
