WILL ,,, iN ALL OF THE AUTOS i HAVE OWNED SOME good and most just
runners, i hold this evident: if an engine has over 100,000 on it and
you have used non detergent oils, then the possibility of using
detergent oils would not cross my mind. for this reason MY DAD said
SO??!! It was his understanding that an old engine runs great with non
detergent then leave it alone , most older guys 65 plus say the new oils
would CLEAN off the old sticky junk and ruin the valve guide , probably
because the build up,
the changing from detergent to non may now be a moot point,,
any body else??
, this engine will not get detergent oil in it untill it is completly
re-built but then what the point if i can work on it again EH EH EH||!
