It appears that I have an older set in my series V --- circa 1966.
So old that the worn throttle spindles have also worn the body of the carbs.
But it is worse!
These carbs are listed as being out of a GT6.
Therefore, there is very little room to bore and insert and there is a
'rear' and 'front' spindle.
If I was to 'incorrectly' order new spindles I would receive two exactly
the same looking spindles where as Not one that has threads on both ends
(front)and a pin hole and thread on the other (rear).
Qs: If I was to get the correct spindles how does one deal with the oval
body hole when there is virtually no room to re bore?
Qs: Carbs from a GT6, what sort of alien invasion is that?
Qs: My radiator has green spots.
