Well, sort of, but if you cut the HB too deep, it will be prone to
breakage.
I suspect, you cant get ther from here. You'd have to cut an 1/8th of an
inch
off the HB to get your 1/4 inch. Frankly, there just isnt enough meat on
the OD
of the HB to do it safely.
