Yeah, lets get this checked out. It sounded like he failed when he was
TESTED at high RPM. This isn't and should'nt be right. Can we get a
verification on this? As far as I know they will measure at high RPM but
not fail for it, they havn't managed to slip this by us (around our necks)
yet... or have they?
