This could very well be true, I've been fortunatle enough to own an
exempt car from the start 61=.
The BAR website that I procured this info from refferenced a bill passed
and
implimented in 1990, therefore I ASSumed that it was in effect across the
board
since then (90).
BUT...
Really guys, the emmisions game is exactly that, and until the rules
change in
our favor, we keep the cars tuned up, and in tip top shape, so they cant
use
our billowing cars as ammo at us.
