Dillard is a very small town in extreme NE Georgia, just a few miles
from the North Carolina border. See http://www.mapquest.com for
specifics.

Don't know about golf courses. Mapquest has some information about
tourist attractions.

Circumstances have conspired against me and I will miss it again this
