If I understand your statement correctly, it sounds like you need to
ream the new bushes to the size of the swivel pin to start.
The threaded bush must be pushed out the side of the splines on the
bush,
then re-installed on the opposite side for re-assesmbly. This is to
allow
the un-buggered metal to grab the new splines.
The lower control pin, threads into both the "trunnion link?" and the
lower
control arm at the same time. In this way, the lower link rides on
theads,
and not a bushing.
My english auto nomeclature is really rusty, but I have performed
the task that you speak of, I just cant understand exactly what your
question means in amerispeak.
