This is exactly the case.

The bush comes just undersize, because the pressing process
will deform the internal dimensions, and make the part unusable
if it were machined to the correct dimension prior to final fitting.

This work could be done in a garage environment with the use
of an adjustable reamer. They cost around $40, and the reamer
diameter can be adjusted to a reasonable band.

Ream the bush little by little with small adjsutments, till you get
just beyond a tight fit.

Now, wait to you try to replace the fulcrum pin bushings, Whew!
