I dont want to scare anyone into not performing a needed repair.

The key here is if the part needs replaced, you should put a-lot
more thought into it than I did.

Some parts on these cars are really easy to replace.
Others were never really meant to be repaced.

I would put the fulcrum bushes somehere closer to the latter.

The process requires fixturing that is not decribed within the
workshop manual, and failing to provide adequate support
for the control arm, could result in a control arms that are bent
or have stress cracks that make the resultant parts more
dangerous than the old parts with worn bushes.

Ramon,

at least take the whole thing apart. clean it all up, and gauge the
wear on all the parts.

If you find something you dont like, worry about it then.

Paint it all up nice and pretty, and if didnt need all those pretty
new parts, youd never know it from the outside.
