You stated that an open car needs a roll bar. I have a hard top
for my car (totally worthless if the car rolls over), so would that
qualify as a closed car? I don't quite know how I can get a roll bar on
my car and still work the back panels, although I could put the bar on the
car for the race and take it off later. I seems to me that I saw Steve
Alcala out on the track sans roll bar.
