Yes I was aware of the fact the old plant became "Ford City" shopping
center.
I also stand corrected on something I mentioned in the original text.
That plant was not making torpedos when it first opened under Dodge
management. They made aircraft engines of unknown make and model.
Perhaps I confused it with the Maywood torpedo plant which was not
too far away.
