That's '73 and older until it starts to roll yearly in 2003. Also, the law
does not take effect until 1/1/98 so until then your stuck. Hold off your
'66 thru '73 vehicle purchases or sales until after the first of the year!

P.S. an additional piece of legeslature has granted an exemption to
vehicles less than 5 years old (rolling of course).
