As promised, "Practical Classics", November '97 issue has a six-page buyers
guide for Alpines and Tigers. Nice colour photos of three Alpines & a Tiger
on location, usual historical stuff, useful buyers guide & rust spotter,
even those ring-gear bolts get a mention (not much on Tiger rivets,
though). Out now. Track it down, if you like.

p.s. the magazine's now got e-mail, so I'll ask staff writer Mark Dixon to
s**scribe. He's got a very nice light blue series II Alpine.
