Chuck, its tough to say if any damage has been done.
When my master went, I just rebuilt it, and changed over to
the Girling fluid. The clutch slave cyl went soon after even
after the girling fluid changeover.

All the failed parts I had seen were gummy, and not split.

All of the other brake parts worked well with the girling
fluid, even after having run with normal DOT3 fluid for
some undetermined time. I ran my car this way for over
a year, trouble free.

I later rebuilt all of my brake system for fear that I had
unseen damage.

What I found was that some seals, although they were not
leaking, did have a gummy residue on them.

Chuck, I would replace your fluid, bleed it real good, and
hope for the best.

Also, I am pretty sure that at least some rebuild kits use
a form of rubber that does not disolve in DOT3, cause
Ive seen some seals look just fine after immersion.

Pretty sure it doesnt say Lucas though.
