Re: Fuel pump actuator

Hey, gang:

I just bought my Series V back in September and the former owner had
installed an electric fuel pump on it. He told me he did it because the
piece that drives the fuel pump (moves the arm in and out...I don't know
the proper name for it) was broken and would no longer move the pump arm.
I would certainly like to be able to run the original pump but have no idea
as to what the piece looks like, how it is replaced or if it is even
available. The car is not at my house for me to look at as it is stored at
a friend of mine's shop for the winter. Can someone enlighten me as to
what I will need to do to replace it and where I can get one.

Thanks as usual,
Andy Walker
