Hardtop patch panels

It's me again:

I've got a factory hardtop on my Alpine that needs some rust repair and I
seem to remember seeing a catalog at one time or another that showed patch
panels for the lower rear corners of the hardtop. I can't lay my hands on
that catalog now. Can someone tell me where I can get those patch panels?
