I can't beat 1" thick, but I can probably give you a run for your money in sheer
quantity! It looks like someone got my Series III stuck in someplace to narrow
for the car. I have creases going down each side of the car starting just in
front of the doors and ending about 4" behind the door. At it's deepest it is
about 3/4" and it is feathered out to cover about 1/2 of the door.

the bidding at 1", glorped on to cover an easily-pullable dent.
