I just replaced my clutch and Jarrid's instructions are excellent! One
more tip - If you want to replace your pilot bushing ( a good idea, as
well as throw-out bearing while you've got it out) use the "hydraulic"
method to remove it. This simply involves packing the pilot bushing hole
with bearing grease and inserting your clutch alignment tool (or
anything the same size as your pilot shaft) and give it two or three
sharp raps with a hammer. The hydraulic pressure pops the bushing right
out! I read this in the W.S.M. and had no hope that it would really
work, but it did!
