Paul,
Use a large drift to pound the seal through the outside bearing on
the hub, pushing the seal out the back of the hub.
The seal is retained by a tight fit between the steel case of the
seal and the hub.
The new seal is installed vice-versa with a block of wood to avoid
damaging the case of the seal.
