Unfortunately, with few exceptions, the return address is bogus,
so sending them crap just reduces bandwidth for every body else.
These people know what they are doing, know that they are spamming,
and know how to keep you from hurting them.
The simple solution for us is to have the list set so that ONLY
members can send messages to the list.
The Tiger list is set this way, as are many of the other lists
off the Team.Net server.
It is simple, but effective.
