the different clutches also have different yokes and release bearings.
If I remember right, the diaphragm clutch is slimmer and uses a yoke and
saddle which puts the clutch bearing closer to the flywheel at rest.
(the flywheel is also different for the 7.5 inch clutch)
One to check before you finish mating up boxes from different series.
Could save some frustration and pulling the box out again.
Also, I'm pretty sure there are some 10 spline 7.5 inch clutches out
there (or at least over here in the UK 8-)
