Upper spring bushing replacement?

Has anybody tried to replace the upper leaf spring shackle bushings? I'm
talking about the ones in the frame rail not the ones on the spring. Is it
hard? What kind of special tools do you need? Any tips on how best to go
about this? Should it be attempted?
