I haven't been there and done that, but Alpines seem to be cheaper in
North
America than in Britain. On the face of it, I think he would be
financially
better off by buying a North American car, especially if you factor in
the
cost of parts to do the conversion. .
The conversion could be problematic too, if Canada is anything like
Australia. Here in Queensland, converting a car to RHD is a bureaucratic
minefield.
