My radiator is a 2 row recore, but it is a conventional copper core. I know you can get a 3 core put in, but it was going to cost me more than I had in mind, and I wasnt too performance crazy when I did it.
I am pretty sure though that you cant use your ratiator ends on alluminum cores. I doubt you could economically braze the copper to the aluminum. Aluminum radiators usually have the ends epoxied to the aluminum tubes, which also makes aluminum radiators almost disposable in the event of damage.
Since you have a SV, I'd find me a usable ex-tiger repro radiator, and save myself some grief. Failing that, you'll spend about $400 for an off the shelf generic aluminum rad that you adapt to the old mounts.
