I would like to thank Dick Saunders, Rob Carpenter, Kevin & Terri Rogers and Budd Bennion for their hospitality during my visit to Seattle.
Even though I was a stranger from South Africa, I was warmly welcomed by these Seattle Sunbeamers. A wonderfull country with friendly people and good beer (RedHook). What more can a traveler ask for! The Snoqualmie Falls were great.I believe the breakfasts there are good. I will have to try it next time I am there. Thank you for bringing the cars along. It was good to see Sunbeams. I enjoyed the trip up to the falls and got to see a bit of your beautifull countryside. We even stopped and did a little investigating on a set of old cars parked in somebody's yard. They were Brittish but not from the Rootes group unfortunately. By the way Dick, Your car handles very well and I am thinking of doing the sway bar (..what we call anti-roll bar) conversion on my sunbeam.
Many thanks again to everybody that came to meet me especialy to Dick for setting up the meeting. (It's amaizing how technology can bring people together.)
By the way..... You drive on the wrong side of the road ;-)
Regards
