should be the same / interchangeable between ser1 and ser2, I reckon.... unless anybody knows differently...? most of the alpine suppliers will stock pre-cut Vinyl /canvas / duck / mohair to re-cover your original soft top. Here in the UK prices are from 100 pounds upwards, depending on material (though they don't differentiate between early and late hoods in the catalogues.)

in UK, the actual soft-top folding-frames for later cars are getting very pricey, secondhand: all those GT to Sports conversions, I suspect. More parts to salvage next time you see an Alpine in the 'boneyard'.

p.s. T.C. - Where in the world are you ? was the Rover P6 2000 twin-cam ever exported to the USA ?
