A set of new pistons will cost about $230.

I would not reccomend using used pistons, because even if the bores
look perfect, pistons with any amount of milage will have worn ring
grooves, and oil control is pretty tough.

Unless the bore is 40+, it will double your costs to sleeve the engine,
and
there is no outright benefit except for STD bearing bragging rights.
Even if the bore is allready at .040, it is my understanding that
Sunbeam
Specialties and perhaps Classic Sunbeam have, or can order .060 pistons.

Sleeving will cost $40 each bore for sleaves, then $30 a bore to
install.
Total cost adder would be about $280.
Perhaps less if the machine shop makes its own sleaves, but the $30
a bore machining cost is pretty consistant for the machinists.

Both of the above have nearely identical prices for the parts, Vicky
Brit
seems to want some more coin than the others, and it would seem that
they "VB" have the pistons made, where the others sell NOS Talbot
parts.

Hope this helps.
