I can appreciate your feelings in this matter, but where would we scribe the line in the sand? The outrite spam has seized now that TJ has locked out the server from non-alpine members. Now I just get crap sent directly to me because I have a great deal of postings on the list.

Addmitedly, this particular time, the goods were too close to something of interest to the group to explicitly label as spam.

There have been other times that I have gotten(as you have too), totally unsolicited, and totaly inapropriate e-mails from just about anyone who has a service to offer. My favorite are the ones that begin by telling me that it is not spam because this message is never sent unsolicited. Those go over real well at home, when Tinas Sex House sends me an E-mail to tell me that there is a special this month on her Phone Sex Services (My Wife shares my E-mail address).

In short, it was good to know what your opinions are/were.
