Help! I had my head milled and valves reworked. I thought I would refit the head, reattatch the valve train, torque the head, warm it up, retorque the head, set the valves, done. Well it isn't even close to starting to allow it to warm up. Where did I go wrong? Should I try to set the valve clearances first? If I do that will I have to reset them after I retorque the head?
Doesn't look like I'll make it in the Sunbeam to Chateau Elan again this year.
